school not listed for discount

school not listed for discount

I have been trying to get the student discount but for some reason they do not have my school listed so I cannot recieve the discount. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it? I tried emailing them but I did not get a response. I even left a bad review because they would always respond to those, but I have yet to get one. It's been over two weeks of trying to contact them and I'm getting really annoyed. Any help would be fantastic.

Have you at least received an automated mail that leads you back to the community or help pages (also check your spam folders)? If yes, you need to reply to it, even if it's from "no-reply". If not, did you receive a case number? Post it here in this case and we can escalate it for you.

I have not gotten anything at all. I checked all of my folders. 

Which contact form did you use? There's an anyonymous one and another one that uses your Spotify account credentials. Could it be that you've logged in with facebook but you are registerated with (another) email?

 

Please try again using this contact form:  https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ and make sure you have logged in with the correct credentials. (if you are not sure, open http://spotify.com/account/overview to check if you are on the right account)

Then check all of your folders again. An automated message should always be sent, either with or without a case number.
