Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

You can sign up for a new Spotify account here, and then follow the steps in this FAQ article (under the heading “Playlists and Liked Songs”) to transfer your saved music from your old Spotify account to your new Spotify account.

As the FAQ article mentions, for Liked Songs you’ll need to copy all your old Liked Songs to a new playlist while logged in to your old account (press Ctrl + A while in your Liked Songs and then drag them to the new playlist). Then you can make this new playlist public and added to your old Spotify profile (following these steps), so that when you then log in to your new Spotify account and search for your old account, you can select all of the contents of that playlist (Ctrl + A) and drag them into your new account’s Liked Songs.
