My Question or Issue

 I set up a Free/Premium account through my FB account today but then realized I didn't want it under FB so immediately cancelled it. I then set up an entirely new account when I request the Free/Premium account I am advised I already have set up a Free/Premium account (that is the one I cancelled under FB). How do I access the Free/Premium account offer under the new Spotify account I have set up?

Hi! 

You can take advantage of the offer " 03 months of Premium for 0,99 CAD"

in only one account. Even though you have cancelled the facebook created one, when you sign up to the Premium offer again,  the system will recognize you have already  joined into the offer, so you won't be able to sign up into the new account. The best thing to do is contact to the support team (e-mail support@spotify.com) or through contact form 

Ask them to permanently close down your old account and transfer your Premium period to the new one
