signed up for Spotify Premium today and I am still getting adverts in the application!

I have signed back up to spotify premium several hours ago but I am still getting adverts in the application (have not tried my mobile yet) PC has been restarted, logged out and back in on application a couple of times as well.

 

Is there any fix for this?

Hey Flobolob, welcome to the Community. I've just taken a look at your account and it seems your account hasn't been logged into since you subscribed. It should be your Facebook details that you're using to login. Is that what you are using?

hello I have been logged into the account "Flobolob" all day, I use Flobolob as my log in, always have, I don't want my FB account used as my log in, please check the details again as far as I know there should be no FB account attached to my spotify account.

 

edit: I have just noticed my fb account appears to be attached but I have never had to log in using my FB account before, my account name has always been Flobolob for the several years I've used spotify. To be honest I would rather not have my FB account attached as I don't want people spammed with what I am listening to! Please can you advise a solution so that I can use premium and not have my facebook spammed!

getting annoyed now, my subscription status has been removed and gone back to unsub, I had a free month of premium, also now when I come back onto the community area I have lost my user name! having to use Flobolob2 now!!! Please advise what is going on here.

 

edit - to top it off I just tried to get my 30 day free trial back and whilst going through the process I have been charged £9.99!! is there anyone I can contact this is very frustrating and I'd like to speak to a human being to get my account back up and running and get what I was entitled to previously.
