smartphone stolen

smartphone stolen

My smartphone was stolen last Friday (Sep. 16) and because of that I can not access my Spotify Premium since I do not remember my password neither the email which I had used when I installed the app. Anybody could give any hint about how to get straight to Spotify and have this sorted out? Thanks
