somehow my family sub got dissolved? and now i paid double

somehow my family sub got dissolved? and now i paid double

my family members told me they were kicked out of the familyplan. i went on spotify and saw i wasnt on premium anymore so i paid for a new family plan. but then i looked on my bankstats and I did pay for it. so now i paid double. how can i get my money back?

Thanks for telling us what's going on! 

 

It's a common issue that sometimes users create two accounts and then double charges might occur. 
 

In case you need help in the future to determine if you have more than one account, you can do so by checking here. Then, once you know the login data for both accounts and if there's any subscription you don't want to keep, you can cancel. And finally, you can close the unwanted account.
