someone Keeps showing up in my following tab!

So, this user named metablocks keeps showing up in my following tab! I keep unfollowing them, but the next time I look, they're there! Are they hacking into the system to get followers? This is ANNOYING!

It's odd that the user or artist shows up even after unfollowing them. If you think someone else might have access to your Spotify account, try following the steps here.
