someone change my email and pass

i tried reset password(with using username), it said mail will send but no mail has arrived.

i tried reset pass with mail, it said mail adress not found.

i was using family acc, and other members getting out from family.

also i contact https://support.spotify.com/tr/contact-spotify-anonymous/ with another account.

i know my last password, my adress and cards number.But i dont know who will help me ?!
