someone else is using my account HELP!!!

When i listen to musik it sometimes stops and it says my account is been used somewhere else. How can i see where it is being used?

Hey brunoviz !

If someone else is using your account, you should first change your Spotify password, and if you used this password on others websites, you should change it there too.

Next just go at the bottom of your account page and click the "Sign out everywhere" button.

I just made my own account after having my account with a friend. Now a random person is in my account and listening!

Why does this even happen? I haven't given this password nor the account to anyone and the password is incredibly strong!

Please help.

Thanks to @lejoschi27's advice so far. We'd second that, and suggest using the 'Sign Out Everywhere' function on your Account Overview page. 

We'd then recommend a password reset to something super-secure.
