Firstly, I recommend changing your password. Next, go here and click 'Sign Out Everywhere'. This will log you out of all active sessions, so be sure to remember your email and new password. It looks like this:

You can also check your offline devices on the left hand sidebar. If you see any devices you didn't sync yourself, delete them from the list.

I have the same problem. Difference is I don't know who's using my account. Right now I'm watching how he or she stops my music and starts playing his/hers. I have logged out from all devices a few minutes ago, and this person is here again! This is unbelievable!

What should I do if my account is linked to my Facebook account? How can I change my password?? I'd actually like to unlink Spotify from Facebook and use an account from my email address.
