someone is using my account and changing my password isn't working

My Question or Issue

someone has been listening to stuff on my account, interrupting my songs. i tried logging out all devices and changing my password but they're still using it. in "my devices" they seem to be listening on opera, which i don't use. how can i stop this person from using my account when i've already done the recommended solution?
