Hello. Someone signed up for spotify premium with my email address. At first, I thought it was my account that I got emails for. So I changed the password when I couldn't figure it out. Now, however, I've looked at the credit card info and realize that this isn't me at all. Someone has signed up today for spotify premium, using my email address (this account) and I have changed the password, locking them out. I want to have this person get their spotify back. How should I do it when the email associated with the account is, in fact, mine.
