songs are not available

Hello,
I'm using Spotify free for over a year, but in the last three months I have problems listening to songs or playlists..

There's always a blue coloured message (translated from german), which says "This song is not available. If u have this data on ur pc u can import it". That happens even with playlists suggested by spotify!
What can I do?
I've allready installed the latest version, but the same problem showed up after a while..:/

Try a clean reinstall:

Log out of Spotify and then close the program.

Uninstall

Browse to the cache. The default location should be C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage and delete everything inside the folder.

Delete the folder C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<random numbers-user>\ There is a folder for each profile that has been logged into Spotify on that computer account.

Reinstall.

Going back to a previous version is another possible solution.
