sort it out!!

I am being charged twice for the same account how can I get this sorted? I can't cancel through my bank and obviously have no way of contacting anyone to help. I have cancelled my account, but it is still running as its open twice, therefore I am unable to sign in to cancel again as it just re-activates both.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. In case you are unable to login, then use the alternative form.

 

 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
