spotify account cancel

I keep getting charged every month for spotify, but when i log in i see that i have spotify free. So, i think i may have an old spotify account registrated on an old e-mail adress. I dont know the log-in information on this old e-mail. I no longer use spotify so i would like to not pay for it, is it anyone who can help me?
