spotify account got hacked

My spotify account got hacked. I whas doing groceries and my phone whas sending everytime a message that spotify is playing a song.

When i got home i saw that spotify whas playing on a computer Matal and all my playlists where gone.

That person also created multiple different playlists with some german music.

I logged in on my spotify account online and clicked the button that everybody logs out. 

My question, can the helpdesk from spotify see an ip adress from computers that used my account? and can they block every access from that matal computer?
