spotify account is in use somewhere else

Anytime I play music it pauses and tells me it is in use somewhere else. No one has my account, I have premium this is very annoying I just wanna listen to music. My username is kyleyhoopster. Tried logging out it didnt work

Basic troubleshooting :

Please, check this thread and log your account out of all devices. If you have your account connected to your Facebook, also change the Facebook password.

If you've changed your Facebook password and selected 'Sign Out Everywhere' from the Account overview page, the next step is to restart your computer. If it still occurs then I would recommend you to contact support through the anonymous contact form so they can help you. This is alternative form so you can enter an email which you can access to get the reply, please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that you have access to it.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
