spotify account is offline when it should not be

It is not set to offline mode. I have logged off, logged on, and for a few weeks now when I turn on my Spotify, my playlists, which should already be synced, start syncing again. WHY? I HAVE A PREMIUM ACCOUNT that I PAY FOR, MONTHLY. Now my account is stuck OFFLINE when I am sitting in a place with wi- fi. Firewalls are set to let Spotify in although this evening, my mcaffee notification kept popping up saying "a program wants access" (spotify) and I kept on having to check the "allow" box. Have not seen that too much in the past.

PREMIUM ACCOUNT I SHOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS TROUBLE. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED OR I GET A REFUND.

Can you try all of the steps outlined in this help page? 

It sounds to me like your McAffee is blocking Spotify despite what it might say. Can you try temporarily disabling it and see if Spotify then works?
