spotify december offer

Hi,

In december 2015 a spotify banner pop-up with an offer to get 3 months premium for 10euro.

I bought a spotify card in the supermarked and paid trough that way.

Yesterday i recieved an email with the messesge that my premium account will end in 7 days.

How is this possible and how can we solve this? My spotify account name is the same name as here on the forum.

Thanks for bringing this up and welcome to the Community.

We're afraid that a gift card can only be redeemed for what's stated on the card itself, so it's not possible to use them for recurring subscriptions like the 3-month deal you tried to sign up for.
