spotify family plan isn't working

spotify family plan isn't working

My mom has spotify and she has the family plan and my sister was able to connect to get premium easily and I am unable to do it. It says I am part of the plan but when I go on my account it shows up as free version still. We keep trying to re-request my invite but nothing is working. PLEASE HELP!!
