hi, i have a problem! mi mom had been paying the sporify family and also they are charging another account, how can i change that!? so we can only pay the family thing

CHeck under your account settings. It's very possible that you have more than one account if you ever signed up through Facebook or quite possibly didn't link your old account to the new family plan.
