spotify for artists profile disabled

My Artist Account has been disabled. I’ve contacted support and in order to verify that it’s my account, I’m being asked to name a song title from my “Liked Songs”. I’m told I have two attempts to get a correct answer.

I don’t remember “liking” any songs so I would basically have to guess, running the risk of losing my artist account which I’ve spent a lot of time and effort building up.

Is there seriously no other way for Spotify to verify my identity? I’m happy to provide any other info that doesn’t involve me having to guess. This seems like a crazy situation quite honestly.
