spotify has been paused because it is used somewhere else

spotify has been paused because it is used somewhere else

Ok so I've signed out all devices and changed my password, but I'm still getting the message that play has been stopped as I'm signed in on other devices..?

 

what do I do

Hey @user-removed, sorry to hear that!

 

Unfortunately, quite a few users share about this in a while

Possible solution here is go on your Offline Devices  page, and if you see the device which disturbing you, remove it, then log out again from all devices, and when you log in again, the problem should stop.

I've done that but I'm still getting the same message...

Hey back @user-removed, in that case you should contact spotify supporfor further assistance, then someone from the staff who is responsible for that, can take a look at your issue, and will contact with you shortly! If you receive a reply from no-reply, reply to it anyway, and you`ll hear from them, usually between day or two : )
