spotify in UAE

Hi everyone! I'm italian and I arrived in Dubai the last july '16. Until at the last week I used Spotify witouth problem with my italian account; I don't know the reason but from the last three days I received one advise that tell that after 14 days the free account can't be used out of the own country! I'm here almost ten months!! Who can be possible? Somebody can help me?
