spotify is in offline mode

i use ony 1 device with spotify

I have a free profile subscription.

For what ever reason, it is showing now being offline , wehn trying to play a song  ?????

I do not know how it happened, but more important how to get it online again ????

What device are you using? If you're on a desktop, it sounds like your firewall is blocking Spotify. Please try removing and adding Spotify to your firewall's exceptions list.

If you're using a mobile device, a Premium subscription is required to play music.
