spotify monthly rate

Spotify offers an introductory rate, but nowhere in Spotify's ads or anywhere on the web do they tell you what their standard rate is. There is no way to contact them except via their form email, and when I did that they sent me a form response telling me to check all the things I have checked. Spotify will NOT tell you their standard rate! I have even tried subscribing up to putting in my credit card, but no standard rate information!
