spotify partner premium subscription failed

Hi!
I'm on Vodafone Portugal's YORN X 5GB. It's offering spotify premium until the end of 2016.

However, my subscription failed to renew. Could you please check this?

If you're subscribing through your mobile provider, it's them who manage the service, since it's them who charge you for it in the first place.

 

Your Spotify account gets linked to your mobile number and that's it. No payment info is recorded in Spotify's systems, and therefore no charges can be made by them.

 

Check the status of your subscription in the subscription page. If it appears as Free, you need to contact someone from Vodafone to fix it.
