I need your help badly.I moved from india to california, i am a graduate student at california state university chico. so i thought of avaling student premium offer which i paid my 4.99+tax through my card in verification process it's displaying credentials not met.but my money got detected from my card.KIndly solve my problem earliest the possible

The Student Discount system is a bit tricky.. Is it still the same? If it is, try contacting Spotify either by using the contact form or tweeting the team @SpotifyCares.

Eu não entendo o motivo para minha assinatura ter sido cancelada. O cartão não expirou, o limite é alto o suficiente, e nunca foi extrapolado e os pagamentos em dia. Estou tentando refazer a assinatura e aparece uma mensagem dizendo que o cartão não está num dia bom. Isso não existe. É a segunda vez que tenho esse tipo de problema, sempre estando meu cartão disponível. Se não tiver como resolver com o cartão que já foi informado, favor me avisar para que eu busque outro aplicativo. Grato.
