ok out of the blue you guys cancel my premium but I have money on my card. I have tried to update my payment but everytime I try it says payment failed. I have money on my card so there is no reason for it to be failing I have tried multiple payment methodes and it still wont accept my payment. I would like to have this problem resolved asap so I can continue to enjoy my music.

Just to be sure, does your payment card meet these requirements? If you're unsure, it'd be best to reach out to your bank.

Once you've confirmed that your card meets the requirements, try resubscribing using an incognito window.
