spotify premium 3 months

hey, i just bought spotify premium 3 months for 20zl, and my premium account is prolonged only for 2 months, i have confirmation of an order.can someone help me?

Usually, those offers are available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
 
If you've never had Premium, or if you feel you qualify, contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

but why 2 months? if i paid for 1 month and i get 2 months its something wrong, even when there was a summary of an order it said that my premium account is prolonged do 30 august.

I have had the same issue, paid 99p for 3 month premium trial but only got 6 days before a message popped up that my trial was over?! Emailed them, rec'd an automated reply directing me to some general frequently asked questions etc, useless. Immediately replied back to support@spotify etc with screenshots of my confirmation emails re the trial, have heard nothing back at all, that was 24 hours ago. Tried Twitter aswell, nothing. Getting seriously frustrated....!!!!!!

I´ve bought the suppossed 3 months promotion but i don´t get the suscription neither anyone premium 

 

I sent an email to the support but they haven´t response, do you have any email or something that i can contact them?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your account a day or two later.
