spotify premium has stopped with nus discount

Hi,
I have spotify premium with the 50 per cent off deal via nus. I go on in my phone and I click a song and it say only available in premium and tell me to upgrade.
Ive tried logging in and out again too!
I lost my card recently and the new one has slightly different details which may change things. However when I try to upgrade again via nus spotify tells me this is unavailable? ?
What do I do

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little closer for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
