spotify premium not working

Signed up for premium and doesnt let me play any music whatsoever offline. Uninstalled app and installed again, still not working on phone , Huawei android phone. Please let me know what should do.its a right pain.

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Do you see all your playlists in the account?
3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

Hi I log in with my spotify username, no probs logging in and can see all playlists etc. The page with Charts, New releases, Discover....appears when I log in.
