spotify premium on a vodafone network

My Dad works for Vodafone and so I can claim the free spotify premium membership. However, my spotify is currently operating on free mode and whenever I follow the link it tells me that I already have spotify premium. After extensive phone calls with. Vodafone, it seems the issue is with my account on spotify. How can I sort this?
