spotify premium stopped working

spotify premium stopped working

My spotify premium has suddenly stopped working on my phone. The playlists are still there but when I go to play a song it says 'only available for premium'. It only got paid two weeks ago so I don't understand.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Can you just double check your subscription status in your online overview to ensure your premium subscription is still active. Otherwise, I would suggest you try logging out and back in again a few times.

I have jusy changed it back to premium from spotify free and it has changed itself back again, this is absolutely ridiculous

Why has spotify premium stopped working on my iPhone? I have changed my bankcard but it continues to tell me when trying to play tracks that it is only available for spotifty premium users - which I am!?

 

Please help asap as it looks like I am having hte same trouble as the person above.

Is your premium subscription still active in your online overview?

It sounds like your last payment might have failed if you changed your bank details recently.

I just got the premium and just verfiied on the subscription page that it is working. The desktop version is working but I cannot get it to work on the iOS. I have an iphone5. I have tried logging out and back in and used both fb log in and email log in but both still doens't work. Please look into it. Thanks.

Yko - It can take a few moments to upgrade, don't worry. Just try logging out and in again, and it should start working.

Who's your Spotify Star?

I tried again this morning and it still doesn't work. It's been 24 hours and I've been logging in and out. Can someone take a look at this?

Have you tried logging out, fully restarting your phone and then logging in again?

I purchased Spotify Premium a week ago and I too have been put back onto a Free account. Can this be changed please.

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account? Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one using Spotify and one using Facebook. The steps in this topic might help you 😉

You are currently using Spotify Free.

 

Thats my subscription status. I have the one month premium account in my receipts.

Okay, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you. 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

my premium and all of my playlists just disappeared. i followed the log out and disconnect/reconnect with facebook.nothing is working help please.
