We hope you don't mind us replying in English. If we understand you correctly, you were invited to a Premium for Family plan through email, but can't accept the invite. Is that correct? 

If so, let the owner of the plan try sending a new invite. Let them try sending to another email address that belongs to you. You'll need to have your own account to join a Family plan, so if you don't already have it, make sure to create one here.

If that still doesn't work, let us know the error message you get, and where you get it. A screenshot would be very helpful here.
