Could you try logging into your Spotify account using a different device and let me know if the same issue happens there?

If you still have issues and it's giving you that message, check to make sure the country settings on your account is correct. 

Also, just to be safe, it's best to reset your password here.

I just wanted to add to what @Billy-J wrote above.

Since your account country is also set to Singapore and you still get the same error message, your internet connection might be using a VPN to mask the location. Please try logging in using a different internet connection, and let us know how it goes.

If you're still having trouble, can you confirm if you have tried logging into your account using a different device?
