spotify special offer for Christmas?

okay i got a problem,

soo I bought Spotify for 3 months for 0.99 Euros (special X-mas offer) with a 30 Euro Giftcart.

and yesterday i got slowed down back to ''Free''. So i tryed to buy Premium againg with the same cart ( because there must be somthing around 28 Euros on the cart, right?) Umm okay so i tryed it but Spotify say the code is not right. (Yes i tryed the code 2 more times, just to be sure)

soo Whats the problem?  Could anyone explain whats wrong?

Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for any discounts (0.99 discount, Spotify Family & Student Discount).
This is the reason why you've only got 3 months of premium for your 30€ gift card.
