spotify terrible customer service hacked account

spotify terrible customer service hacked account

I get an email saying my email has been changed (how the **bleep** do you guys not protect this by making people approve it originally through their current email address? you have my credit card information and couldnt figure out how to do that properly?) and now when i go to send in a support form it makes you log in.

There is literally no protection if someone can guess your password (yes i had a poor password im assuming since whoever it is got control)

How do i fix this problem? The person has purchased spotify family on my credit card now and i have NO way of accessing this account

I still cannot think of a single reason you guys wouldnt 2 auth email changes THROUGH THE ACTUAL EMAIL IM SIGNED UP WITH

Hey @quinternetz,

Please bear in mind that the Spotify Community is not an official Spotify Support service so I won't be able to help you with this issue. Only the Spotify Support team is able to take a closer look at this so you should reach out to them through one of the channels below.

Spotify Support can help you out.

Contact form: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCFA (Make sure you're logged out of any Spotify accounts while using this form)
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
