spotify took my itunes playlists

Hello folks, I had synched my spotify to match my itunes songs, but now those songs have dissappeared from my itunes, and there for not on my ipod anymore.....how can I retrieve these?

You followed these instructions? Unless you changed the default location, you ipod should have saved a backup to users/username/Music/ipod.
