Dopo mesi di premium pagati e un mese usato free vorrei sottoscrivere l abbonamento unlimited xome posso fare?

The downgrade to Unlimited from Premium option appears to have been removed (this has been reported to Spotify). You should still be able to subscribe to Unlimited providing you are in a country where it is available, however you need to cancel your account and let it revert to Spotify free, then upgrade to Unlimited from your online account (once your account is back on free):

vorrei capire perchè nel sito spotify non si fa mai mensione dell'abbonamento UNLIMITED. Fatemi capire: io pago 4.99 al mese per cosa quando con 9.99 si ha il premium ed addirittura con 14.99 mi pare si ha il family con 6 account diversi. A me interessa solamente avere la musica ad alta qualita' e basta: devo passare per forza a premium?  perchè **bleep** non è possibile parlare con qualcuno per assistenza diretta?
