spotify won't cancel

I got spotify premium in January and canceled it because my 3 month period is up, and it said it cancelled but on the app, under account it says it's still running on premium

shoot them an email. Same thing happened with me, i sent them an email yesterday and they already responded saying that premium has been canceled and a refund should arrive in 3-5 days. 

Update: A day after i emailed them i got the refund.
