I don't remember my username or email and they still charge me for a few months

Let's see if requesting a password reset can help you here. Just enter any email addresses you might have signed up to Spotify with over here, and if an account exists under that email address, Spotify will send you a link to reset your password.

I'm afraid I'm not a Spotify staff member, so I wouldn't be able to help you with that. Just to check, did trying to log in with Facebook help at all?

Also, do you think you are able to get back into the account you used to sign up with? You might need to get in touch with your email service provider for help getting back into that account 🙂
