Good Day,
i received an email confirmation of my payment from dragonpay via perapadala but until now my account is not updated.. i did follow to the steps to try to if the payment was applied to my old email address but i already forgot the password and when i tred to reset my password i'm getting an error that page expired and i can't change my password. may you help me please..

That doesn't sound quite right. 

Try to use another browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies.

A full browser cache causes this problem in the most cases. ^^

Hi Nico, I was able to reset my password and access my 2nd account but still it doesn't show that im getting the premium account. Do you want to send you a screen shot of my payment. thanks, Cristina Gabaya

That doesn't sound quite right.

Does your profile page show premium ?

And have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
