I had the student premium account for 2 years now, but suddenly it changed it back to 9.99€ per month, but I am still a student. So I payed 2 months for the full price, is there any chance of getting money back/pay it in premium ?

Normally, you need to validate your Student Premium every 12 months, or it reverts back to regular Premium.
You should contact customer support through this link:
They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to email@example.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
