student discount, college not listed

holy *ing do you guys make it *ing hard to apply for the college discount. i mean seriously. holy *. ive sent my pictureless id which apparently doesnt work and my class schedule. why the hell do you guess put a pending $5charge if the darn account isnt approved yet? i live off fear of overdraft, its an anxiety i deal with and every time i try to do this theres another pending $5. seriously mother *er? what kind of computer do you bitches use that cant see im on the same darn account?  * you guys and your *ty ways.

i still want premium. just venting and hoping for help.
