student discount don´t work

Hey, i tried to get premium with the student discount, but it still don´t work. it says the whole time it is together with another account. i tried everthing, checked every email account it don´t work with any. do you have an idea what i can do? thanks

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
