student discount error

Hi everyone,

ive been using spotify for atleast a year (maybe longer) and ive always used the student discount to get premium for £4.99, today i was checking my bank account and i realised for the past 2 months ive been charged the full £9.99 for no reason i can think of. im still a student and im still at the same university and i still have the same Unidays account.

I have gone on to the contact form but i realised it had my old email address as my contact but when i changed my profile to my new email adress there was no change on the contact form so im not really able to submit a problem, i did submit one anyway adding on the end my new email address but i doubt this will work. Because of this ive also tweeted them but im yet to hear back.

has anyone else had this issue? what did you do?
