Hi,

 

I'm using the student discount since Jan 2015.

In December 2015 I re-confirmed by student status via UNIDAYS as requested, so it should work again for next 12 months.

 

Hoewever, suddendly I found spotify charged again the normal Premium price for May and June 2016 .

 

I've re-set the account to student rate beginning, but how can I get back my money for the months Spotify charged me too much money??
