student discount terminated without notice

I am a NUS Extra member and have been for a few years, I recently realised that over the past 6 months I have been charged £9.99 instead of the £4.99 I was suppost to be paying. I wasn't notified of this change in price. I would like the extra £30 I was charged refunded.

If the money is refunded I shall renew my subscription for many more years

Unfortunately the Spotify Student Discounts expire every year and need to be renewed once a year.

To sign up for the student discount again, go here:
http://spotify.com/student

You may need to first cancel your current subscription before signing up for the student discount if you are getting an erorr message.
