I previously had the normal spotify premium but unsubscribed because i found out there is a discount for students. However when i try and resubscribe for the student discount it tells me there is another account with my same student credentials. I only have one account so not sure why it is telling me there is another account matching mine. Any thoughts? helpful idea?
Hi there @rudolph13! I personally don't have a solution for your issue, so I would recommend getting in touch with support, and they should be able to get this sorted for you. This can be done by either reaching out to @SpotifyCares on twitter; messaging support on Facebook; or through this contact form. If it's been more than 48 hours without a response, reply to the e-mail you received confirming they got your message (if you used the contact form), or, if you messaged them through Twitter or Facebook, shoot them another message there.
